Protests in Charlotte, North Carolina have turned violent after Keith Lamont Scott was shot by an officer. Police say Scott refused to drop a handgun when he was asked, but his daughter says he has a disability and he was reading a book. The violent protests have left a dozen police officers injured as protesters have been throwing rocks at the officers.
