#6 this is exactly what I hate about Muslim countries (I am Arab & live in Bahrain and visited Dubai more than 5 times in the past year for work).

They want to show to the world that they are good muslims by creating these "fake" laws against alcohol, because it is forbidden in their religion, yet, Dubai is literally CRAWLING with bars, nightclubs and prostitutes roaming the streets.

You can get into a taxi and ask the driver to take you to the closest bar in town where you can pick up prostitutes, and all of them know where to take you.

There are even signs outside those night clubs stating that Arab men should not wear the traditional Muslim/Arab Gulf clothing when entering such places because they will dishonor the religion.

The whole "Banned Alcohol" is just a show in front of bigger and stronger countries like Saudi Arabia, just to look good in front of them and keep up the good connections. But deep within Dubai runs a river of sex, drugs and alcohol.

Ok, so they are pretending in front of other muslim nations to be idiots like them, while there's actually freedom, just like in the the rest of the damn free world.
