These are photos of Brazilian fisherman Jose Benedito, 39, who searches for crabs in the mud surrounding mangrove roots on the coast of Para State where the fresh water from the Amazon River mixes with the Atlantic Ocean. He harvests around 150 crabs per day to sell for around $11 per 100 along a nearby highway.

I don't think it's ok for a teacher to say something like this.
"There's no other way to say this, I hate your kid."

Staffa, a name for pillar island, is an island of the Inner Hebrides in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The Vikings gave it this name as its columnar basalt reminded them of their houses, which were built from vertically placed tree-logs. The island is entirely of volcanic origin.

Created Equal is a great project by a photographer Mark Laita. Mark says: "Every city in the U.S. has sex offenders, prostitutes, drug addicts along with wonderful humanitarians, philanthropists and leaders. I aimed to depict our country as it is, not as we would like to think it is".
