German man Leonard Speer bought a new Mercedes-Benz 240D series W123 in 1985, then he let it sit for 30 years. Due to the fact that he didn't use it, 30 years later the car is still in perfect condition with only 30 km on the odometer. The car may be 30 years old, but it's practically brand new because he hasn't used it.

In Las Cruces, New Mexico there's a tent city where at least 50 homeless people are currently living. It is a safe place for the people to rest but many cities are trying to have camps like this banned so that the homeless don't disturb the other residents.

In Greece there's a coffee shop named Hott Spott in Mytilene, Lesbos, that serves people during the day but helps out dogs at night. Every night when the customers leave the owners let in a pack of stray dogs and let them sleep in a safe environment. The shop has been doing this since July and the dogs love it.
