These photos are part of the project “Echoism” that focuses on facial symmetry. The subjects were pictured front to carema. As a part of the study, they were asked not to express emotions. Then each photograph was split into a left and a right section with one side to be horizontally flipped, afterwards pictures were recombined to create two separate and symmetrical identities of the person.
