You can't keep polar bears out of the garbage dumps with noise, lights, fireworks, or even shooting at them.

They're BEARS. They're lazy as sh*t and eat garbage if they can.

He's probably that skinny because he walked 100 miles past seals and walrus to get to the dump.

Nah, see, the polar bear's natural climate has changed so much that its normal diet of seals and walrus, as you say, have moved to different locales, leaving the polar bear with no food source, outside of scavenging for absolutely anything it can stomach just to stay alive for one more day when it will have to do it again.

So ya, not lazy, but desperate.
