Shaky Cop Nervously Holds Private Investigator At Gunpoint

Dumbass Deputy needs to be retrained.

America has real problems.
The officer could have just said something along the lines of "Hi, had reports of a male acting suspiciously in the area, can I ask what you're doing?"
The driver could have complied and not been a smart mouth. Especially when there is a nervous person pointing a gun at his head, with his finger on the trigger.
I don't doubt either of them did anything wrong, just could have been handled so much better and easier.

Cop should be fired and charged with felony menacing and armed criminal action.
