those arent handcuffs. Those are standard nylon zipties. Actual plastic handcuffs have metal reinforced ribs. You can get out of normal zipties by just snapping them.

Just put pressure on the zip tie (twitch your arms) and then hit them on your knee. Same effect, just faster. Plenty of videos around.
