So many questions .... why so many bikes blocking that intersection? why were several bikers surrounding that truck? did they threaten the driver or occupants? clearly the driver Freaked Out, but why?

yip, all the bikers should be locked up...
they have no right to block roads like they do...and saying that the truck driver should be locked up too
