Hooooo people ... If only you could all understand what they say :))) That fat ass just before falling to the water says "beware of the flush" whereas the cameraman seems to be quietly standing in the water :D ... A trio of french humorists named "les inconnus" once recorded a short film mocking french police, that video just look like a missing scene of the show :)
