As far as I know, the scooters don't have insurance, so the owner of that beetle is having a bad day because of idiot parents that buy their idiot kids those too fast bikes.

Scooters are good fun, but that was entirely the riders fault. You need to be paying attention to the guy in front, which this guy wasn't. Also, wear gloves.
