They can probably get the license number from the vid. If not, the make, model, and color of the vehicle along with the condition of the back window should be sufficient to identify the perp. They'll put out a notice to all the glass shops in the area to BOL.

OldOllie, sadly make, model and colour arent enough to find, let alone prosecute someone. Unless they can get the numberplate from earlier recorded images its going to be near impossible.

The car moved left and the cyclist jumped down from the bicycle at the same time. I think they know and hate each other.

Tough bastard, chasing the guy who just hit him with a car. I especially enjoyed the "bring it!" pose at the end right before he limped to the curb.
