The poor guy seems to have no rehabilitation before his release. :( Also says so much about the US law enforcement where attempted murder of a cop gets you 40 yrs + but when a cop does it to a civilian they get suspended for a bit on full pay then brought back to work citing 'Fearing for life" etc, etc, etc...

Hope Otis manages to enjoy his freedom :D

they got tv in prison so he saw some of what actually happenning out there
