1 month ago a woman died when that metal part of the escalator was broken. i think they're afraid it'll be break again

In less than a week, a woman was killed when the metal plate at the top of the escalator gave way and she fell into the machinery and was killed, then a few days later, a janitor had a similar thing happen and ended up losing a leg.
