That host wont be getting a job again, or at least he shouldnt. A comedian host should not make fun of the performers but make the transition between the performers as smooth as possible. This host attacked and insulted the performer, even after he got off the stage and the next comedian could be called up.
And that was technically not self defense...

First of all, it was self defense. Secondly, if he cannot be insulted, should gone to cinemas.
