I don't think that is a Marine, he appears to be between classes at a high school and he is no where near violent enough in the fight. Looks more like a high school scuffle.
and he's out of uniform, for a real Marine.
So, i'm going with 'thats just another high school kid dressing like a soldier/marine'.
