That was not an arrest, it's an example of extreme police brutality. Utterly uncalled for.

I think you need to know the storey behind this. The man involved had been on a crime spree, and had stolen a rifle and ammunition. When approached by Police he held the rifle under his chin and threatened suicide, he walked followed by Police, he then fired a shot into the air. He was walking towards a crowded cinema complex. Use of deadly force would have been more than justified. However the Policeman used sense and his car, ramming the suspect, stopping and disarming him.
While it looks dramatic, the suspect only spent two days in hospital.
End of the day, if you don't want to get rammed by a Police car, don't break the law.

he fired the weapon and there are houses near, he (the cop) did the best thing to stop the fool before he forced his way into a home. He's a hero :80:
