Window Cleaners VS Wind

What in the name of all that's holy are those two doing out there in the wind??????

In a video shot from inside a restaurant on the 91st floor of the Shanghai World Financial Center and posted online last Thursday, the window washers can be seen in their scaffolding being tossed from side to side by the winds, occasionally clanging into the side of the 1,600 foot building. The seventh tallest in the world.
