Someone is going to be fired.

I'm not sure but hitting a student in the nuts with an axe is probably something the schools looks down upon.

I think no matter what way you look at it the blame ends up on the teacher. All you have to do is ask a few questions:

Why is he doing this in the first place?
Why is he using an axe in a classroom full of students?
Why is he showing kids 'what not to do'?
Why is there no protection on the kids lower body? (he is wearing head-protection)
Why did he allow the class to stand around and record what he is doing on their phones?
Why is he a teacher?
Why did he ever want to try this?
