Great video! You guys earn every penny on that job. The only thing is, I kind of agree with Darsh, that high up, there is a breeze -always. The climber isn't wearing a chin strap on his helmet -which I think is required at that height ( I use to climb on the job as well, just not that high).

Apart from the harnesses and all,
I say train them in base jumping
and give them parachutes too.
It'll make going down a lot easier.
AND it'll be a second safety measure, in case they fall.
