Yep. That would be a polar bear. For all of you who are about to go awwwwww, isn't that cute, bear (no pun intended) in mind that the tundra bus window is about 9 feet off the ground and 'ole Bruno there would not think twice about substituting seal for you! There is a very valid reason the polar bear has no enemies aside from man! BTW, this video is from a tour bus in Churchill Manitoba

It looks to me this is a common route and people usually feed him out the window.
