nothing they could do anyway... and it wasnt any traffic either ^^
but yea, i really hope the truck driver left the vehicle before the hit!
not that it wouldve helped in this situation... but with a car you could use the starter with a gear in, to "jump" the vehicle :P..

Semi-trailer is stuck at bump after tracks = Trailer is too low to go over.
It look like trailer is not be able to lifting itself up few inches.. Those are so "old-school" trailers vs. itself lifting trailers what use normally hydraulics or pneumatic suspension. So easy to go over bumps, tracks or traffic circle.
