guy's foot was stuck, so i am pretty sure nowhere else in the world would they have just started the train and slice it right off. but it's nice to see human cooperation and success

I remember that happening to a woman in a city I lived. Officials had to offload the entire train and then bring in a bulldozer to pull the train sideways so that she could get out. She got a 'free ride for life' ticket.
