@radical_ed : it's illegal to get so close of whales in that manner. They should be fined. Nevertheless, even if you hate us argentinians, there is no need to insult.

Technically I think its a canoe, not a kayak. (canoes are open toppen, kayaks are sealed).

Not harm done by them or the whale. They didnt intend to go on top, it just happened. However, if those whales would have used their tail, we wouldnt be seeing this video.
