Not the fault of the truck
If the truck driver look in his mirror 10 sec before he can't notice the bike who arrived so fast !!! He should be more serious !!

I've actually seen this happen. Guy was passing illegally and the truck driver took matters into his own hands. I say the truck driver here saw an opportunity to teach the cyclist a lesson.
