For that lady with badge, alot of public service ppl wear a badge in USA, many not law enforcment agencys. Who know what she was?
About no1 reacting before elderly guy stood up. It is interesting but wise thing, if they attacked bully before he took a swing on elderly guy it would be asault but as they attacked him after it was protect and defense.
