it's a fuc**ng plane with retractable wings, if it measures more than 2 meters,

It's just a car with wings that turns into a plane, which also needs a runway to take off. Or a plane that can hide its wings to move around the streets. How innovative is that?
A real flying car, like in Back to the future, should have no wings! That's the real deal!

Howard Hughes did pretty much the same thing with the Spruce Goose. 10 feet in the air and back down again.
