Does anyone know what game this was? Cause it was the most arcadey shit racer I've ever seen. No car ever handles like this. Watching it felt like I was watching an old Need for Speed or something (with better graphics), where the cars just stuck to the road no matter how fast you went...

Magicnet, Its a drifting game, hes actually sliding all over the track but the camera view makes it look like hes griping the track. Its either Initial D or Tokyo Extreme Racer, both look almost identical.

This type of console + GTA series. There would suddenly be a lot of challenging races created.

Gi-Joe: Dude, I know it's a drifting game and that's why I'm saying it's arcadey. Because even if you go full drift, it doesn't look like that. Have a look at a proper drift simulator, that actually follows real rules of physics, you'll notice that this is shit. Have a look at World Rally Championship, or any other high realism game and you'll notice a huge difference in the handling. Plus my cousin is a race driver and he started to do rally recently and it just doesn't look anything like this... This behaves like early rally games from 10-15 years ago, that still had no real realism settings...

...try this on real roads dumass and prepare for getting the Darwin Award...
