This is hilarious, but it's not Russia.
They don't speak Russian, the car has SZ on its plate (we don't have these letters in Cyrillic alphabet).
Oh, and if that was Russia, all those guys would walk on their feet, supporting each other for balance and keeping it in 'synergy'-style :)))))))

Hmm dudes speaking German in the video, music is Greek and from what I can see, letters on the shops are on Latin not Cyrilic. So I do not think they are russian at all.
