Lol! Lets all rush to get the 'next-gen' console which is already out of date!

Spend an etra 1 or 2 hundred and you have a PC far better than either of the 'next-gen' consoles. You get the money back by spending less on games. And you arent limited to the few games which came out with the console...

Unfortunately I have found out, that the PC argument doesn't work. If someone wants to buy a console, it in itself means, they do not think practically, but impulsively. Because when you start thinking about it, it is clear, that a PC is more practical, a lot cheaper in the end, more powerful and so on and so forth, BUT every time I bring this argument into a console oriented conversation, the only reply I get is something along the lines of: Go f*ck yourself with your PC crap, this is about consoles, not PC." I still don't understand how they don't get, that the consoles are just a morph/merge between a PC Desktop and a Laptop - using the same hardware and slightly edited software. And actually each new generation brings them closer to PC's - first they had no keyboard support, no internet, no movie/music player capabilities. Now the only thing you can't really do on them is any kind of creative stuff, from creating media to software developement and so on. So basically consoles are useless versions of PC aimed at ONLY the entertainment part, excluding anything the PC is actually really useful at :) Anyway - As I said - this argument doesn't work with Console enthusiasts, so I'm not even going to say it :D

There is a merit to console gamers though. Most of them suck at games (rats, campers, noobs, 8yr olds etc) and if theyre on consoles then the PC versions are slightly better ;)
