This was a video from a few years ago taken at Western State in Colorado. It was on 4/20 and the 'tour' group were parents and H.S. students visiting the campus for possible enrollment the following year.

A lot funnier in context.

What's even funnier to me is the cop/campus security can't decide which student to grab because there's so many. By the time he makes up his mind they have all escaped.

Did the cameraman have Turrets?
The Maniacal laughter didn't help either.
