OK, first of all, the video starts halfway through the arrest. We have no idea what the arrest was for. By the way, the officer had his gun out I'm assuming the arrest wasn't for shoplifting. Again, I'm assuming, the female is the wife/girlfriend, and by the way she was shouting, screaming and generally behaving, I guess she was arrested for obstruction. The only part where that officer lets himself and his uniform down is when he argues back, then lifts the male by the handcuffs.
