buying a black belt doesn't cost much... but it's punished by the law (at least for judo) to wear it if you don't actually passed the exam.
But for karate I don't know... and when I see them I wonder if they really have it, or if in karate they give it easily, because what I just saw in the video sucks

The involuntary audience is made up of family and friends. You cant boo your kid, even when he messes up. You cant boo the other kids, because, even if they are shit at what they do, its still a room full of karate junkies....
