People think cops are the bad guys, when this is the crap cops deal with, can you blame them for the odd beating?

Philadelphia cops would have already beat the fuck out of him and smashed his camera. I don't particularly like cops, but I hate little fucks like this a 100 times more.

Why are you idiots defending an illegal stop and detain. It does not matter what your opinion is on what laws you think are right or wrong morally. Its the law... so this man has a right to defend his rights and the extreme breach of law this officer has made. If you think that its fine not to have the officers abide by the law whilst they enforce it go and live in China you jackasses.

Here in Brazil, you have to pass psychological tests, shooting test, provide a lot of documents and spend a lot of money just to maintain a gun at home, and you have to repeat the whole procces every three years. Bear a gun on the street is almost impossible for common people.

This guy was just being a jackass!! The cop is purely out there to serve and protect and this guy just makes life difficult. Should this guy have done something terrible with that gun the same people who defend the guys rights will be the same people to crucify the police for not stopping him!! Police just can't win!! That is to say the good ones. It's only a few bad apples that spoil the rest.

He cited case law on record to prove his point.

The point is, if it's legal to open carry a firearm, police should just say 'hello' and move on.

That man is a good American and a FREE HUMAN on the planet.
