hi, im from argentina. In our Idiosyncrasy as a country, this is not considered offended. Here for the girls is very common that, if they are by their own and are a little bit hot, it would not sorprise that a guy apperas and try to pick her up. And if you ask me, this guy fcking rocks. He has a good technique. The exact mix of naif and secure, and of course a good look. But it nos neccesary to be a hot guy. You just gotta be a little bit more than just"ok", you know.... Ps: Im a lawyer, and som situation in, in court and deppending of the judge and son on, could have maybe a 50% chance of being assault or not. the key is as i read before: if the girls says "stop" or gets away, the guy has to stop inmedeatly. Thats it, that where you draw the line.
