Well trained police driver .. good driving.
I submit, however, that this was grossly unnecessary. Why endanger all of those
people over ...? .. A minor traffic violation. Yes, that's right, all this over a minor
traffic violation.Seems overkill, as thrilling as it was. That was better than a chase
scene from one of the Bourne movies. IMO, once the speed got crazy and the
weaving in and out of traffic started ..... let it go ... not a bank robber or
pedobear situation.

When someone runs like that, the odds are against this being just a traffic violation. Almost every case where someone runs, they are running for a reason, and 99% of them more than just a traffic violation.

Most have outstanding warrants for more serious crimes

well.. just a traffic violation (that "bastard" damaged someones rearview mirror).. nothing else... a murderer would go away almost unnoticed but this is a true crime... czech police...

Edit: woman in the beginning says: A motorbike, damaged a vehicle Mazda 323 by tearing reaview mirror off and scratching its paint...

This is Prague, Czech Republic. A pretty common sight around here, since a lot of bikers think of themselves pretty much as the rulers of the street. Not all bikers of course.

The Police did the correct thing, because he should have stopped uppon request and since he denied that stop he progressed to a higher level of law enforcement. Don`t try to understand it, this is just how the law works around here, nothing else. Trying to evade an officer is not really a fun delict. Has partly some historical backup (not a good one).
On the other hand the police does absolutely nothing when a young guy gets jumped from 15 gipsies in broad daylight and such. Police officers often go agains other "white" people, but they pretty much look the other way around if the color of the skin has the right tone.
