So you can store it outside without it getting wet and rotting. Plastic wrap is cheaper than a barn.

I am officially impressed ..... my ex had horses and, at least around here, that stuff isn't cheap ... we had a bail spontaneously com-bust on us once ... seemed like an awful lot of plastic wrap though.
