She was spraying the cops with Silly String while they were trying to arrest someone else. Happened in Philadelphia.

it's all over Philly news. Philly cops are stressed out because anywhere outside center city is a war zone, plus most of them are just natural a-holes.

Did you see that man front up and say "excuse me officer, you have the wrong person, I threw the drink." No? Neither did I.

I really don't understand why police has to be so brutal. they should be there to protect people, not to hit them in the face.. let alone the fact that it was a girl.

this is just wrong...also i am not racist but if a white cop did this to a black woman they would probably set him on fire on the scene.regardless the cop is a bully abusing his power
