That is Russia. Things are handled differently there. Tough to know which is the bad guy without knowing what happened. Maybe that skater was being a dick before the camera was rolling. Anyone speak Russian??

This actually happened in France, like two or three years ago...
The skaters were being harassed very often by this guy and his friends. Eventually, one of them got what he asked for. And the guy couldn't let go of him because the other said that as soon as he would get up, he would kill him. After a while, they found a knife on him.
"Things are being handled diffrent there" ? there are a lot of people like these dumbasses in every country man...
