I guess that you have to have a camera in the car in Russia as a car accident insurance prerequisite. Am I the only one that hates scooter riders and their zipp-zapp driving where they aren't supposed to be?! And what's with the no help attitude.

A cycle helmet would be a great help against head injury and as a cyclist myself I always keep an on eye the traffic from all directions, a slight glance towards the traffic and she would have seen the scooter. Still no excuse for not stopping, first aid and all that. Oh, and wasn't it a pedestrian crossing?
