Instead of filming these poor people getting into accident they should have been standing by the road signing them to slow down or spread some salt!! 13

those roads were pretty clear .. as in, they are obviously maintained
'Black Ice' happens .... those salt/sand trucks can't be everywhere
people need to slow down
I just hope no one was seriously hurt
