this being AcidCow, I assumed the title had nothing to do w/the video
1st couple seconds =

no I didn't/couldn't watch the whole thing

I just know that some of my hard earned tax money probably helped pay
for that complete piece of garbage (see: National Endowment for the Arts)

I'm from the same country as the fatties.
I am an art school graduated and still dont get the concept about happening art, performance art, or any weird art like this.

What I know is "Art is about beauty composition".
