Aggressive Biker On The Road

I saw several agressive drivers there. Road rage is no good.

people on bikes shouldnt be able to ride in the street ever

lol... sped right by. While driver doesn't even bother getting out of the car. Turns on blinkers like he just had an accident and is about to discuss things with the other driver.. he knows he got F'd!

By all means, pay your fair share in registration, insurance and taxes and you can have your piece of the road. Otherwise, you're cycling on that road safely due to the courtesy of other drivers.

If a cyclist causes an accident, crashes into a car, dents it or scratches the paint, who's paying? Are people supposed to sue a cyclist for a $500 repair?

That punk ass should be charged for a hit and run just like any other driver.

Jimmy has a valid point. I used to cycle everywhere and never needed anything, insurance or tax.

But you can do a lot of damage on a bike, as one chap discovered when he crossed a junction in front of me.

I smashed the rear passenger door in, and left tooth-marks in the roof as the frame collapsed with the impact. Cracked my wrist, smashed my front teeth and shorteneed the bike by about a foot in length.

Good job I was only 11 and small. I probably would have ended up inside the car if I'd hit him at that speed as an adult. His fault too!

The driver almost hit the black car prior to the incident. Try to change lanes, no signal, nothing. Driver's an idiot too.

in this case the driver is an idiot... but i hate bikers on usual (heavy used) streets. in my country (austria) they are allowed to ride on the normal road even if theres a bike lane. usually 2 or 3 side by side, or riding in the middle of the lane...
in these situations i use to clean my windshield just in the moment when i overhaul them..

there are such a lot of emty streets in my area.. even and plane streets, some with new road surface. all of these racing bycile riders use the main street. we even have a 4,7 km bike lane around an artificial lake.... its empty most of the time, only in hot summer you can spot some children and skaters...
