wow ... I didn't know they could swim that fast ... gotta check into it.

Hippos do not really swim, instead they walk or bound, and underwater can run at speeds of up to 15 MPH, with spurts up to 30 MPH........who knew


side note: I had a 'Big Girl' pursue me at a nightclub like this once ...
