If this is a strike it doesn't feel like professional firemen are conducting themselves in a professional non-violent manner. Spraying water at police who are also supposed to be professionals is a slap in the face and are directing aggression toward the wrong people. Police should be standing on the picket line with the firemen because both should be fighting for the same goals.

What is the problem in this region that is causing this clash? I am sorry if I am ignorant in the local politics but I honestly want to know because from the face value of this video, the situation seems shameful.
