im always wondering how far these idiots come....
the grandmother of a classmate of me drove her car from 14th district of vienna to maria anzbach with handbrake which is about 35 kilometers ... then she wasn allowed to drive anymore (by his grandfather)

Maybe the wheels bearing are stuck? This happened to some car in the parking near our apartment - the guy parked the car overnight and next day the wheel refused to move anymore and its not handbrake, cause its way too tight for handbrake. Actually if the rear wheels have drums (which im pretty sure is the case here) the handbrake cant hold that tight - there would certainly be some movement of the wheels at speed above 5-10km/h.
