She was indeed, but my guess is the point was to show the transformation, not to try n make her hotter...
And it is quite a transformation, impressive work imo 04

I agree, there was nothing wrong with her to begin with, her hair just needed a little volume.

The guy did a lot of work but in the end didn't really make anything very striking. I mean that the after picture just looked like a different person mainly, not a striking difference but enough that you could say they were related and the quality of work didn't feel professional such as a product that could be sold to be used in advertising
