It's not fake, but strings don't actually move like that. You only see that becouse of the camera it was recorded with. Its called rolling effect.
In these sensors the frames are not recorded in on single moment, but rather like a scanner, every frame is recorded "line by line" and then put together, so if the thing you are captureing moves fast enough, anomalies like this happen, becouse the target changes position between the recording of ONE frame.
