An UFO is only correct if you are saying An unidentified flying object. If you are saying UFO then because the U is using the "Y" sound then correctly it would be a UFO.

Technically yes, it could be a UFO. Was it an 'alien'? No.
It could also be a combination of lens flares and bugs. Or just plain old PS.

I can't believe no one noticed it... Look at the camera shake when the clip first starts, it's obviously been sped up while the plane flies past. It's just a military jet flying at transonic or supersonic speeds through a cloud...
