i saw that at TV few month ago...
If i remember the man is the owner of a shop and he just go to say hello to the owner of another shop and he already see the children going everywhere...
And few second after he realized the children is in danger...

1: Great job to the man saving the kid. It gives you a good feeling that humans when put in a situation usally do the right thing.
